Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a time with you. A $49.95 cancellation fee, including GST, applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before your booked time. There is no fee to reschedule.
Fees and payment
Current fees are on our pricing page. Payment is due on the day, by credit card or cash.
Our guarantee
The Nerds2U Promise sets out our Fixed or Free guarantee, our 30-day workmanship warranty and what they cover. A $99 diagnostic fee applies in the circumstances it describes.
Your data
Please back up anything important before we start, where you are able to. We take care with your devices and files, but we recommend keeping your own copies.
Your rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
