What we collect

When you book with us, we collect your name, contact details, suburb or address, and a description of your problem. If you use our booking form, this information is sent to us through a third-party form service.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to you, arrange and carry out the work, send invoices and keep basic job records. We do not sell your information.

Your files and devices

While working on a device we may see files stored on it. We only access what we need for the job, and we do not copy or keep your personal files unless the job requires it and you have agreed.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we need to run the business, such as our form, email and accounting providers, or when the law requires it.

Spam protection

Our booking form uses hCaptcha to block spam. hCaptcha collects information from your device and browser to work out whether you are a person, and may set cookies. Its use is covered by the hCaptcha privacy policy and terms of service.

Website analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics at the moment, and it sets no cookies of its own. It only remembers your light or dark mode choice in your browser. We plan to add Google Analytics in future to understand how people use the site, and we will update this policy when we do.
