Computer help for Glen Waverley homes, studies and home offices
Glen Waverley households tend to ask a lot of their internet. Someone is on a work call, someone is doing homework, and someone else is watching a stream upstairs. When one of those starts to stutter, the whole house hears about it.
Study setups that work
School and uni students need a laptop that behaves on the night before an assignment is due. We can clean up a tired laptop, fix sign-in issues, set up backups for assignments and connect the home printer so nobody is sprinting to the library.
Wi-Fi in townhouses and double storeys
Many older houses around here have been replaced by townhouses and double-storey homes. They look great, but a single router downstairs can struggle to reach the top floor. We test each level and work out whether moving the router will do, or whether a mesh system or cabled access point makes more sense.
Working from home properly
If you work from home a few days a week, a decent setup makes a real difference. We can sort out your second screen, your dock, your video call audio and the Wi-Fi in the room you work in.
