Here's what a home visit costs, and how we work with small businesses. Home visit prices include GST.
Home visits
- Call-out fee
- $25
- Covers a Nerd coming to your home.
- Hourly rate
- $100
- 1 hour minimum, then charged in 30-minute blocks.
Most visits start from $125, including GST. That's the $25 call-out fee plus the 1-hour minimum.
Small business packages
Small businesses have separate rates. Call or email us and we'll work out what suits your business.
Pay as you go
Book us when you need us, with no ongoing commitment.
Regular visits
A scheduled visit to catch small problems before they cost you a day.
Ongoing support
A set monthly arrangement for businesses that rely on their systems.
Good to know
- Fixed or Free: if we can't fix the problem we came out for, you don't pay for the visit. Read the Nerds2U Promise for what it covers.
- If we find the cause of the problem but you decide not to go ahead with the recommended repair, a $99 diagnostic fee applies.
- If a fix needs parts, new hardware or software, we'll quote you first and only go ahead with your approval.
- Need to cancel? A $49.95 fee applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before your booked time. There's no fee to reschedule.
- Pay on the day by credit card or cash.
- All listed prices include GST.
