Do I need to pay for antivirus software?
Often not. Windows and macOS both include solid built-in protection. We'll look at what you have and tell you whether you need anything extra.
The scammer was on my computer. Is it ruined?
Almost certainly not. Your computer can usually be cleaned up, and we'll check what they may have been able to see.
